A sample of the feedback received is provided here and demonstrates issues in
understanding the model having watched the video. The issues identified included many
references to the level of detail behind the word construction of the model, an example
of which is shown in Figure 4.4 referring to the capacities of an effective coach.

The following two examples of feedback demonstrate issues with the terminology and
the requirement to use ‘real’ practitioners.
‘I think the complexity of the message and the amount of words in it [the model] is
hindering the understanding. It’s trying to simplify that message…if you’re trying to get
