FAA, best-in-class!
MIL is proud to announce that on May 24, 2017, MIL’s FAA
customer was recognized with the Certificate of Excellence in
Accountability Reporting (CEAR) award for the 13th time for
its FY 2016 Performance and Accountability Report (PAR).
The PAR is prepared each year to present the agency’s audited
financial statements and auditors’ report. For the last 20 years, the
Association of Government Accountants (AGA) has presented
CEAR awards to federal government agencies whose PARs
achieve the highest standards by communicating results and
demonstrating accountability.
Members of the FAA’s Financial and Performance Reporting team
were on hand at the Program Awards Banquet black tie event at
the JW Marriott in Washington, DC to receive the award from
the OMB Acting Deputy Director for Management and the AGA.
