  Complete Piedmont Regulatory Orientation (PRO) worksheets with employee.  The PRO and
                   attestation in Piedmont University must be complete prior to employee working
                   independently
                 Review PeopleSoft Manager Self Service (MSS) tools, if applicable (manager or HRBP)
                 Review the policy sign-off authorization in Piedmont University e-Learning
                 Review Kronos clock and timekeeping (optional for Buddy)
                 Conduct end of 1  week follow up meeting

            First Month:
                 Conduct regular check-ins with new employee
                 Ensure employee has completed required e-Learnings
                 Ensure new hire meets with his/her Piedmont Benefits Counselor, and that he/she is aware of
                   the deadline to enroll in benefits within 30 days of hire
                 Encourage him/her to complete their New Hire Survey after completing their first month of
                   employment
                 Meet with new employee and preceptor to clarify any questions

            First 3 Months:
                 Continue conducting regular check-in sessions with new employee (30, 60, & 90 days) to
                   prepare him/her for your 90-day performance evaluation.  Nothing discussed during the
                   evaluation should come as a surprise to the employee if you’ve been conducting regular check-
                   in sessions and coaching him/her accordingly

                 Complete and discuss the employee’s 90-day evaluation
