Employee Rounding

               Overview of Employee Rounding



               Employee Rounding is a systematic and proactive dialogue between leaders and their direct
               reports, with the intention of building relationships by:

                       *Gathering pertinent data and information
                       *Utilizing the information gathered to affect positive change
                       *Recognizing team members for exceptional care, service or performance
                       *Identifying processes that are successful or have opportunity for improvement
