( e ) KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF REPORTING ILLNESS AND INJURY AS
                    SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Any illness or injury should be reported to an adult as soon as possible as
this helps to get early treatment to prevent the person from further injury or from
                    getting worse.

                    2. PHYSICAL FITNESS

Being physically fit helps you to feel good and keep healthy. To show how fit
you are do the following exercises:
( a ) SKIP FIFTEEN TIMES BACKWARDS AND FIFTEEN TIMES FOREWARD
WITH BOTH BEET TOGETHER, OR JUMP OVER AN OBSTACLE WAIST HIGH.
A skipping rope to be the correct
length for your use should touch the
ground at your feet when you hold the
ends of the rope with your arms spread
                                   out sideways.
                                         When jumping over an object
waist high, use something that will fall if
you don't jump high enough, and have a
friend near to catch you if needed.
( b ) SKIP FOR THIRTY SECONDS BOXING STYLE.

Boxing style is lifting one foot after the other, just like running, instead of both
                    feet together.

                    3. ROPE WORK

TIE A SHEET BEND AND A BOWLINE AND KNOW THEIR USES. HANK A ROPE
AND KNOW THE REASON FOR DOING SO.
                                         ( a ) SHEET BEND.

This knot is used to join ropes of different thickness but can
be used for ropes of equal thickness. The loop is made with
the thicker rope. The name comes from the days of sailing
ships. The sails had a rope loop at the lower corner through
which the rope (sheet) which controlled them was tied (bent).
The sketch will help you to recognize the knot and to tie it.

                                                                                                3
