PAES Teacher Expectations

Daily Teacher Hours (Mon.-Thurs.)
Two Consecutive Hours must be identified as teacher office hours,

preferably between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00pm.
Follow the Teachers Daily Remote Instructional Schedule and Flow

(Provided in this guide)

Provide Direct Instruction via Zoom to Two Student Groups
(Must Record Instruction and upload it in your assignment in Schoology)

Conference with Parents and complete student wellness checks

Monitor student work/participation and update grades in chalkable
Provide written feedback to students

Maintain Communication Log

Instructional Protocols
Identify Student Groups based on iReady Diagnostic and Grades

Group A- High Achievers & Passing with an A or B
Group B- Average Achievers & Passing with a C or D

Group C- Low Achievers & Failing

Include your Zoom Instructional Group Access Codes on your
lesson plans.

Provide Zoom Instruction for 30 Minutes for 2 Groups Daily
(See example below)
Monday- Groups A at 9:00am & C at 10:00am
Tuesday- Groups B at 9:00am & C at 10:00am
Wednesday- Groups A at 9:00am & C at 10:00am
Thursday- Groups B at 9:00am & C at 10:00am

Record your lessons on Zoom
o Once the file saves to your computer added it to your assignment

in Schoology and post it on Class Dojo.

Assign specific lessons for each group in iReady.
o After you complete your direct instruction, students should

complete iReady activity that you have assigned their group.
