Resources for Instruction
Use curriculum resources provided by BCS
Professional Development
Weekly Faculty Meetings and PLC will be held on Fridays at 9:00am
Reserve Friday evenings (PM) to Participate in District PD
Lesson Plans and Communication Logs
Turn in a weekly parent/student communication log and lesson plans by
Saturday night at 11:59pm
Reporting Off
If for any reason, you cannot complete your Office hours & Instructional
schedules, you must notify the principal, Ms. Daniels and report off via email
and phone call.
You must also notify parents electronically through Class Dojo and Email
Grading Protocols
If a student has failed a subject area, provide and grade two assignments per
week.
If a student has not failed a subject area, teachers should continue to provide
enrichment.
Teachers in grades K-2 (not Departmentalized): Provide and give feedback on
one ELA assignment and one Math assignment weekly and integrate other
subject areas.
Teachers in grades 3-5 (that are Departmentalized): Provide and give feedback
on one assignment in your subject area per week.
Office Hours/Conferencing with Parents
• Maintain a Communication Log to be submitted every week in
Schoology.
