belongs to the set of 12 glasses and a caged decanter clearly shows the standard of engraving of the boat is
quite different from what one would expect to see on a Yu Chang piece. The gauge of silver used is thiner than
most Chinese silver of this period from any Chinese silversmith. So one is left with the conundrum of what the
target market was for Ye Ching items. Clearly it was a different one from Yu Chang.
