A MOTTLED PALE GREYISH-WHITE
AND BROWN JADE FIGURE OF A RABBIT
MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
The thick fgure is shown seated with head facing forward and
ears laid back, and the eyes have a rounded center. The fat base
is bifurcated by a shallow, narrow channel and has a deep hole
drilled in the center.

A MOTTLED GREY AND BROWN JADE
FIGURE OF A DRAGON
MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
The fattened fgure of a dragon is shown facing forward as it
crouches on top of clouds that form the base and rise up the
chest in front and in back up to the long, coiled tail. Fine hair
markings detail the beard and backswept mane.
