THE MENTAL PART
        OF THE PROBLEM

        THE INTENSE DESIRE AND ANXIETY
he immediate part of the problem is the problem itself. Then you
Tthink to solve it. How? Pondering if it involves things that
CANNOT be changed and seeing if it involves things that CAN be
changed. If it’s the former, the best path is the full acceptance of the
situation by a serene resignati on. If it involves things that CAN be
changed, then a plan for resolution is made. Once you’ve accepted
the best personal path, then the action starts or anxiety and desire
        immediately arise.

When these two feelings are not properly controlled, suffering sets
in. The best way to control this intense desire, is hope, wait patiently
and act accordingly, that is, with patience; with the security that calm
and peace of heart gives decisively, but a healthy well targeted and
        strengthened decision with full reason.

The other cause of suffering is anxiety.
This anxiety comes from the desire to solve the problem at hand as
soon as possible, but if driven by anxiety we proceed slowly then it
becomes impossible to eliminate the suffering. The suffering caused
by anxiety can be eliminated by passivity in thinking and in action.
Think slowly, softly, and calmly, as the sown land in the countryside.
Operate slowly, without haste, calmly, walking moderately, as we
all know that there’s more time than life. Time is infinite and life is
short, because this is true, it shouldn’t be lived with _distress, nor as
a NASCAR racer. Slow and steady. Aren’t we just an atom in a vast
world? Isn’t the Earth just a speck within the immense Space? Silence
is a powerful weapon against anxiety. Speak little, argue less, judge
nothing, go to the movies, enjoy comedies, go out with happy people.
Badmouthing people and the bad habit of lying also cause anxiety.
It’s worth remembering the saying.» Don’t speak ill of the dead nor
        of those who can’t answer, bent’s,. it’s a cowardly revenge of words.»
Misguided anxiety leads to anger, anger to failure, and failure to the
PROBLEM and...back to the problem! Now the only thing that’s left
is the theme song to come on «dust myself off...start all over again».
FIND YOURSELF — Finding yourself is the intimate chat between.
consciousness and subconsciousness: Someone call it ‘the other me’.
