4. คุณสมบัติของกรรมการ
Qualification of Directors
4.1 ไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยประกันชีวิต (ดูรายละเอียดที่ภาคผนวก)

5. ข้อก าหนดที่ต้องปฎิบัติ
Regulation
5.1 ปฎิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยประกันชีวิต กฎหมายว่าด้วยบริษัทมหาชนจ ากัด กฎหมายว่าด้วย
หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
Strictly comply with the law of life insurance, the law of public limited companies,
the law of securities and exchange and relevant laws.
5.2 ปฎิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
Perform duty with responsibility and integrity.
5.3 ก ากับดูแลด้านระบบบริหารความเสี่ยงที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
Govern risk management system efficiency.
5.4 ก ากับดูแลด้านเงินกองทุน
Govern capital.
5.5 ก ากับดูแลให้บริษัทฯปฎิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ของทางการ
Govern compliance with the official regulations.
5.6 ปฎิบัติตามหลักการก ากับดูแลกิจการที่ดี ตามประกาศส านักงานคณะกรรมการก ากับและส่งเสริม
การประกอบธุรกิจประกันภัย
Comply with the principles of good corporate governance according to the OIC’s
Notification.
