              Intravascular accumulation of Chloroquine via transporter encoded
               by pfcrt (Plasmodium falciparum Chloroquine resistance
               transporter)

        Uses


              Non falciparum and sensitive falciparum malaria Treatment and
               prophylaxis

              In autoimmune diseases (rheumatic arthritis)


              Radiosenstizing in anticancer therapy
