PARENT ORIENTATION PROGRAMME

Parents are the ultimate role models for children. Every word, movement and action has an effect.
No other person or outside force has a greater influence on a child than the parent

Dubai Gem organized an insightful orientation programme at the outset of the academic year. Faculty members had an interaction with the
audience regarding their child’s life at school. Vital information related to academics, co-curricular activities, general rules, transportation, health and
safety was shared at the event assuring the parents of the wellbeing of the children.

INTERACTIVE CAREER COUNSELLING SESSION

For most students, taking the next step in their education and
applying to universities is a daunting task. Mr. Tom Parker - a
representative of the University of Warwick and select Russell
Group universities - hosted an interactive and informative
session to guide students of Years 12 and 13 on the application
process. The session equipped students with a better
understanding of the steps to follow, when applying to
Universities and in particular, to tackle the various
challenges in writing personal statements.
