Guacamole

Ingredients

• 3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
• 1 lime - juiced

• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro - chopped
• 2 roma tomatoes - diced

• 1 garlic clove - minced

Directions

In a medium bowl, mash together the
avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion,
cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Refrigerate 1
hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

Preview Day?

Preview Days are designed to provide
the most in-depth overview of the Shepherds
College program. The day starts with a
continental breakfast in the Findley Center
then progresses on to presentations, a tour,
introductions to students and teachers,
Q & A’s and a delicious lunch prepared by the
Culinary Arts students.

For smaller groups of professionals and
families, Preview Days provide excellent
opportunities to learn more about Shepherds
College.
Preview Days take place between
9:30am-2pm on the following Fridays in 2018:
• October 5, 2018
• November 9, 2018
