 Provide an organizational chart for this project. Submit the resumes of proposed key
project personnel and their roles. List current project assignments including
anticipated completion dates.
 Provide a list of proposed subcontractors.

 Provide a proposed project milestone schedule (Gantt chart format).

Purpose of this Bid Solicitation:

Ownership wishes to engage a qualified NYC Construction Management firm through AIA
Contract Forms A102/201-2007 to provide:

1) Pre-construction Advisory Services consisting of (but not necessarily limited to):
 Plan reviews
 Cost estimating
 Scheduling
 Value Engineering
 Sequencing Advice, Work Area Plans, Staging Plans
 Logistics Planning
 Subcontractor Bidding & Leveling
 Establishment of the GMP – Including Allowances & Contingencies
 Ordering of long-lead items

2) Management of All Construction Related Processes consisting of (but not necessarily limited
to):
 All General Conditions and Supervision
 Permitting (including DOB, DOT, etc.)
 Negotiation of Sub-Contractor Pricing & Sub-Contracts
 Submittal processes; Scheduling; All coordination of Trades; Cost tracking
 Management of Applications for Payment
