A logistics plan is a dynamic document that brings together a culmination of
owner, design team and construction manager input to clearly document how
the project intends to proceed all while maintaining a separation of construction
activities from the public. Preliminary logistics plans start this process with
the initial thoughts and concerns of the owner considering the progression of
construction in the most economical, safe and effi cient manner.
