QUALIFICATIONS
3.0 Assumptions & Qualifications - The following stipulations are incorporated:
3.01 We assume that on-site excavated material is acceptable to use for backfilling.
3.02 We assume that winter conditions will not be required.
3.03 We have included cementitious spray fireproofing at steel columns, framing and bracing. Fireproofing of
metal deck and metal roof deck is assumed not to be required and is not included.
3.04 Temporary utilities used during construction are assumed to be paid by owner.
3.05 We assume that this project will not be applying for LEED accreditation.
3.06 Final cleaning of building and exterior glazing is assumed to be by owner.
4.0 Allowances
4.01 Lump sum allowance for repointing 70 percent of brick masonry Not included.
