IAGC 2018 Annual

Conference Registration

Now Open

The IAGC 2018 Annual Conference
is just around the corner, and
registration is now open. You are
encouraged to register because
spaces are limited and are now filling
up quickly. The Annual Conference
will be held at WesternGeco
Schlumberger on 20 February 2018

The 2018 Conference theme is “Leadership
in Innovation. Insight for Energy” and will
feature key industry thought-leaders who
are leading the way for energy innovation.

The 2018 recipient of the President’s
Excellence Award is the International
Association of Oil and Gas Producers
(IOGP). The IOGP Executive Director,
Gordon Ballard, will accept the award and
present to the Association. IOGP members

oil and more than a third of its gas.
The IAGC joined with IOGP in 2005 to found a Joint
Industry Programme (JIP) to identify and conduct a research
programme that improves understanding of the potential
impact of Exploration and Production (E&P) sound on marine
life. Since 2010, the Sound and Marine Life JIP has funded
$55million (USD) for 136 independent research projects.

Gordon Ballard will be joining our Keynote Speaker Stephen
Greenlee, President ExxonMobil Exploration, and Dr. Scott
Tinker, Director - Bureau of Economic Geology and Director
of the Advanced Energy Consortium, UT Austin.
