Mobile phone security
NSI does not provide staff with mobile
phones. If desired, you can have work emails
sent to your personal phone via the Outlook
app. Please ensure your phone is password
protected and if phone is lost/stolen, inform I.T.
Be sensible
Do not leave valuables or personal items on
the premises over weekends or overnight. If
you do, it is at your own risk.
If you are the last to depart, ensure lights
are switched off and doors are locked. If you
depart the premises leaving someone else
on site then still ensure doors are locked and
secured so the individual remaining is safe.
If you are conducting groups at night, park
your car in a basement company car park,
ensure that casual staff such as note takers
leave the building safely – for example escort
them to their cars or drop them off in a well lit
area if they need to catch a bus.
