The Bhastrika is named after bellows because its performance resembles

the blowing of bellows. Bhastrika is an excellent breathing exercise which

is usually followed in two distinct paces - slowly or fast, as per our

               convenience.

People with an underlying cardiac problem or lung diseases should practice

slowly and if they wish to do at a quicker pace, slowly and gradually

               increase the speed of breathing.
