Bhastrika Pranayama
The word Bhastrika in Sanskrit language means bellows.

The Bhastrika is named after bellows because its performance resembles
the blowing of bellows. Bhastrika is an excellent breathing exercise which
is usually followed in two distinct paces - slowly or fast, as per our
convenience.
People with an underlying cardiac problem or lung diseases should practice
slowly and if they wish to do at a quicker pace, slowly and gradually
increase the speed of breathing.
