Benefits of Nadi Shodhan
Majority of long-standing ailments and chronic diseases can be completely
cured by practicing this pranayama regularly.
When done sincerely every day for at least 15 –20 minutes, Nadi Shodhan
gives strength to the inner core, the subtle self and tranquilizes the mind.
If an individual performs 250-300 Nadi Shodhan cycles per day, the
Consciousness begins awakening which lies in ‘Muladhar Chakra’ and
with it all organ systems are activated. This pranayama is basically a strong
detoxifier and rectifies the abnormalities within to make the inner self
pure, pristine and robust, ready achieve, ready to conceive.
