ix new subjects are being added to the LLM (Applied Law) n the last COL Asia Newsletter we profiled ten of our

Wong Tat Chung
Tat Chung is a partner in Kuala Lumpur firm Wong Beh & Toh.

London. Tat Chung is a
Barrister-at-law, Lincoln’s Inn,
and an Advocate and Solicitor
of the High Court of Malaya.
He has practised since 1989.
Tat Chung’s practice areas are
primarily in equity, corporate
finance, mergers and Wong Tat Chung
acquisitions, competition and
general corporate and commercial matters. He has been
involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Practice (Malaysia). He is also the SME for ILP7 - ASEAN+6
Capital Markets Practice.
Lee Chooi Peng
Lee Chooi Peng is a partner in Kuala Lumpur firm Justin Voon
Chooi & Wing (JCW). Chooi Peng graduated LLB from the
University of Leicester in 2000 and she was admitted to the
Malaysian Bar in 2003. Chooi Peng has conducted a wide
variety of contested litigation cases and is an experienced
practitioner in banking and commercial litigation, probate and
administration actions, Wills, estate administration and
management and estate disputes involving trusts law.
