DRESS SMARTLY

So if it needs it, get that outfit dry cleaned and properly pressed

Try on your whole outfit to make sure you've got no buttons missing, or hems
coming down. Clean your shoes. Make sure your hair is clean and tidy too.

Looking good is likely to make you feel good and that again, will boost your
confidence in yourself.

The Day Has Arrived:

 Give yourself time to dress carefully

 Take a comfort break before you enter the interview room

 Make sure you've got your exam certificates, Record of Achievement,
anything you need like bus fare etc., and the letter telling you where to
go.

 Don't go cluttered up with shopping bags or anything unnecessary

 Set off in plenty of time, so that you arrive about ten minutes early

 Give yourself time to gather your thoughts together, and to visit the loo
and tidy your hair, if you want to

 Give your name to the receptionist when you arrive - if there is one

 Switch off your mobile phone whilst in the interview

 Be polite

 Most of all “Don’t Panic”
