made sure my doorbell was plugged in right next to me
and started listening out for the post man for a bloody
urgent delivery I'm desperate for......some time later I go
to the door for something else n there’s a card "sorry we
missed you..." WTF!! Why don't they just do a card saying
"We called, you WERE IN so we fucked off absolutely as
fast as we could!" Are you testing me Satan?!

Right then, now what's wrong with me? I'm stark bollock
freezing cold, can't stop shaking and feel like I've become
untethered from. Well...myself for want of a better
description.
I am feeling so depressed today - like I've gone into
suspended animation! Freezing cold with Icey blue
fingers, can't concentrate or focus on anything, just about
managing to make a cup o' tea has been the highlight of
my day - PLEEEEASE God shake this 'black dog' off
before it takes hold.
I will try n go out but sometimes it doesn't bode well for
me when I'm in this mind set I can go one of 2 ways! I
ought to have some sort of WARNING T shirt or alarm
system I think!
Overslept much?!?! Seems like this bi-polar is an
exhausting business!
