My Children – My Pride and Joy
I wanted a daughter and that happened. A small 5 lb., 15 oz. baby girl named Anne
Elizabeth arrived several weeks early. She just could not wait to get started with
life. I could put her tiny buttocks in the palm of my hand. Being premature, she
was red, and her face looked like she just lost a professional boxing match. Wow!
What a change! She has been my Type A tuning fork ever since. She is now a
beautiful wife and mother of three children.
To say she was active would be a misnomer. Being intelligent, she had a lot of
time to socialize as a student, and she did so to the max. She was an honor roll
scholar, a cheerleader, a gymnast, and a dancer all rolled up into one pioneering
individual.
She is ambitious and has her own laugh and personality. When she enters a room,
all eyes venture into her direction. Sometimes she tends to be impulsive. She never
says no to initiating some new activities. Anne is assertive and enthusiastic about
whatever interests her at the time. She works well as a leader and works well alone.
She is unconcerned about receiving approval or acceptance. She is a very honest,
open and genuine person; what you see is what you get. She is not given to airs or
pretenses. She loves freedom and accepts challenges. Physically she is strong,
athletic and well-proportioned.
Anne comes across occasionally as being self-centered because she believes that
her views are correct, and she does not tend to compromise. Sometimes she can be
impatient if things take longer than expected or desired.
She went to college and accomplished her goal of being a dental hygienist. Her job
requires her to be courteous and well-mannered, which suits her personality. She is
very skillful at analyzing a situation and performs what is needed. She is an expert
at giving pain-killer shots as well as at collaborating and cooperating with others.
She has integrity and takes ownership of her work and actions. She is very
diplomatic and sometimes too polite but maintains her poise. She does not panic.
Anne is an excellent teacher, persuader and motivator. She is people-oriented, very
artistic and a true romantic.
