              AT A CUSTOMER’S HOME




              At this point, you have learned that coworkers visit a customer’s
              home for delivery of merchandise, product returns, service calls,
              and field visits. On Saturdays, field visits must be completed
              before noon. This will ensure store coverage because Saturdays
              are very busy days for sales and renewal payments.


              Soon you’ll be on your way out the door and into customers’
              homes. By no means are you completely trained, so think of these
              last few days as a way to sharpen those skills before you head back
              to your home store.
