AT A CUSTOMER’S HOME

You determine that you need to pay a visit to Lucy. Once you have arrived at Lucy’s home, you take note of
your surroundings. Is it safe? If not, you should come back at a different time.

Ask your coworkers and learning coach to help you list 5 safety red flags you should look for when making
home visits:

Once you have verified that everything is safe, park the vehicle properly and secure
it. Head straight toward the primary entrance - there’s no need to survey alternate
routes to the house because that could get you in trouble. Hopefully you remember
the Forbidden Acts from earlier in the week; in the following scenarios, identify
which of the Forbidden Acts was violated.

Mason calls about an account at the customer’s place of
employment, but fails to identify himself and the company.
