Customer Payments
                    You’ll take the customer’s initial payment on day one in most cases, but over the life of
                    the agreement, the customer will continue to make payments to you. And with each
                    renewal payment, you’re renewing the customer’s confidence in their decision to rent-
                    to-own, their confidence in us as a company, and their confidence in you and your team
                    to serve their needs in the future.

                    Customer Delivery
                    We deliver the products straight to their home and set everything up – and that service
                    is included, no additional costs! This is yet another opportunity to strengthen the
                    customer’s choice to rent with us. We test the products and show the customer how to
                    use the very features they needed when they walked through our doors at the beginning
                    of the day.

                    We’ve outlined the “basic” experience, but it should be clear that it is so much more
                    than that to our customers. And every time we meet or speak with our customers
                    is a good time to make sure the customer is happy with their choice, to build on the
