Abstract: The lack of student activity in learning activities is due to the absence
of a qualified teacher role, incomplete facilities and infrastructure to support the
learning process and other obstacles related to the interests, talents and
intelligence of these students. This research is intended to create an increase in
the evaluation results in the form of learning achievement by using a qualitative
method in the form of an online survey to 30 students of Madrasah Aliyah
Negeri 1 Solok. The results showed that the telegram can be used as an
alternative in improving student achievement. Using the teleqram application in
quiz-based Arabic learning makes students more active and enthusiastic while
learning so that they can absorb every material being taught.
