                 Abstrak:  Dichotomy  of  the  implementation  of  the  religious  curriculum  with
                 science,  this  study describes  the  implementation  of the integration of  religion
                 and science curriculum in basic education. The method used is qualitative with a
                 case  study  approach.  Data  collection  techniques  by  observation,  interviews,
                 analysis of curriculum documents. The research location is at SDN 005, Muara
                 Muntai  District,  Kutai  Kartanegara  Regency,  East  Kalimantan  Province.  The
                 results found are that although it is a public school, SDN 005 applies innovative
                 Islamic religious curriculum development, implements institutional integration
                 with  religious  institutions,  both  implements  science-religion  integration
                 curriculum development in thematic form, which results in a more effective and
                 efficient learning process. It is proven by increasing the quality of learning and
                 students' motivation to study increases.
