                 Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to determine the synergy between
                 parents and teachers in giving rewards to children in early childhood. Reward
                 was used to stimulate children's growth and development in the learning
                 process, so that they learned and played with enthusiasm and full of positive
                 emotions. This research used phenomenological qualitative research. Data
                 collection technique was used using observation, interviews, and
                 documentation. Some informants in this study were from 10 parents and 2
                 teachers. Some theories about work steps of Miles, Huberman and Saldana,
                 namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusions were used as data
                 analysis technique in this study. The results of the study found that the synergy
                 of parents and teachers in giving rewards to children in early childhood could be
                 carried out through some ways, namely (1) school and parent activities, (2)
                 accompanying children to do some assignments at home and (3) daily work at
                 home. The rewards given were in the form of verbal rewards such as giving
                 praise with positive words; "good", "thumbs up", "good", "okay", "smart" and
                 couod also be given in non-verbal rewards, namely giving praise in the form of
                 attention  shown  to  children  in  the  through body gestures  or  gestures  such as;
                 nodding head, giving thumbs up, giving applause and pats on the shoulder.

                 Kata Kunci: Synergy, parents and teachers, giving rewards, early childhood.
