HydroBlade® Rinse / Sealer Wax Assembly

6. Pull out the 1/2” blue water hose from the brass elbows that are on the exit side of the brass cross as ishown
below. Replace the brass elbow with a field supplied 1/2” Shut the pod cover doors when complete.

7. In the Accesory Box locate the HydroBlade® Low Pressure Feed Kit and install it as shown below.

Remove Brass Plug as shown above the previously removed Brass Plug in the end
8. Return to the center of the Carriage. Located just above the All Purpose Manifold is the Wheel Cleaner Feed
Assembly and the HydroBlade® Feed Assembly. Notice once again that there is an upper and lower Feed
Assembly. You will be working on the upper of the two.
Place two field supplied 1/2” ear clamps on a length of blue water hose and run the hose from the outer most
brass fitting in the Low Pressure Feed Kit to the straight fitting that is in the tee on the All Purpose Manifold.
9. Crimp both clamps once the hose has been cut to the proper length and secured into place. Be sure that the
hose is not positioned in a way that it will be cut or crimped by the machines operating motion.
10. Remove the brass elbow from the brass tee on the All Purpose Manifold and replace it with a field supplied
1/2” plug.
11. Pull out the 1/2” blue water hose from the brass elbows that are on the exit side of the brass cross as ishown
below. Replace the brass elbow with afield supplied 1/2” Shut the pod cover doors when complete.
12. Shut the exit Utility Cover, power up the machine and run a test wash to verify that there are no leaks and
that all connections are tight.
