Chapter 9 Optional “Add-On” Items

HydroBlade® R.O. / Low Pressure Feed Assembly

Circuit Overview

If you have purchased the optional
HydroBlade® Low Pressure Feed Kit
Assembly there are a few different
scenario’s that you can hook up to it to
better benefit your carwash applications.
The following states those options:

• Rinse and/or Sealer Wax
• Spot Free R.O. / Low Pressure Feed
• Purge Air

Installation

1. Turn off all power supply to the FressStyler® to avoid any accidents and open the exit side utility cover.
2. In the Accesory Box locate the HydroBlade® Low Pressure Feed Kit and install it as shown below.

Install the HydroBlade® Low Pressure Feed Kit as shown and place the
Remove Brass Plug as shown above previously removed Brass Plug in the end

3. Located at the center of the carriage is the All Purpose Manifold which houses the Asco™ Valve that controls
the R.O. feed. This Asco™ Valve is the one mounted directly in the middle of the manifold.

4. Pull out both lengths of the 1/2” blue water hose that runs to each side of the machine from the R.O. Asco™
Valve.
