Chapter 9 Optional “Add-On” Items

HydroBlade® Rinse / Sealer Wax Assembly

Circuit Overview

If you have purchased the optional HydroBlade® Low Pressure Feed Kit Assembly there are a
few different scenario’s that you can hook up to it to better benefit your carwash applications.
The following states those options:
• Rinse and/or Sealer Wax
• Spot Free R.O. / Low Pressure Feed
• Purge Air

Installation
1. Turn off all power supply to the FressStyler® to avoid any accidents.
2. Open the exit side utility cover.
3. Located at the center of the carriage is the All Purpose Manifold which houses the Asco™ Valve that feeds
the rinse water to the other side of the manifold.
4. Pull out both of the 1/2” blue water hoses that run to each side of the machine from the Brass Tee’s located
in the All Purpose Manifold as shown below.

5. Starting with the passenger side, open the passenger side pod cover and locate the brass cross assembly
that is towards the exit side of the machine.
