HydroBlade® R.O. / Low Pressure Feed Assembly

5. Starting with the passenger side, open the passenger side pod cover and locate the brass cross assembly
that is towards the entrance side of the machine.
6. Pull out the 1/2” blue water hose from the elbow that on top of the brass cross. Replce the brass elbow with a
field supplied 1/2” plug and shut the pod cover.
7. Repeat steps 6 on the driver side.
8. Now go back to the upper/center of the carriage.
9. Located just above the All Purpose Manifold is the Wheel Cleaner Feed Assembly and the HydroBlade®
Feed Assembly. Notice once again that there is an upper and lower Feed Assembly. You will be working on
the upper of the two.
Place two field supplied 1/2” ear clamps on a length of blue water hose and run the hose from the inner most
brass fitting in the Low Pressure Feed Kit to the straight fitting that is in the tee on the R.O. Asco™ Valve.
10. Crimp both clamps once the hose has been cut to the proper length and secured into place. Be sure that the
hose is not positioned in a way that it will be cut or crimped by the machines operating motion.
11. Remove the brass elbow from the brass tee on the R.O. Asco™ Valve and replace it with a field supplied 1/2”
plug.
12. Shut the exit Utility Cover, power up the machine and run a test wash to verify that there are no leaks and
that all connections are tight.
