Side Manifold Installation
Nozzle Puck Installation (High-Pressure Puck Shown)
1) Locate the 6 Nozzle Puck assemblies and the 30 spray nozzles as shown in side image.
2) On the back of the Nozzle Puck assemblies there is a 1/2” stainless steel hex nipple. Apply
Teflon™ tape and liquid Teflon™ to the threads of the hex nipples and screw all 6 Nozzle Puck
assemblies in to the flow drilled holes at the bottom of the driver side and passenger side spray
pipe weldments but do not tighten them down as shown below.
High-Pressure Pucks ONLY: Before you tighten the Nozzle Pucks down refer to the detailed picture (below,
right) on how they should all be aligned. Notice on the face of the Nozzle Pucks there are 2 sets of 2 lines
and 2 sets of single lines. All of the single lines need to be lined up in a vertical position. The middle Nozzle
Puck assembly should have its single (vertical) lines on the opposite side of center when compared to the
other two as hi-lighted below. This is not necessary on the Filter Pucks.

3) When all three Nozzle Puck assemblies have been tightened in, the spray nozzle holes should be
aligned like this:
• The top and bottom Nozzle Puck assemblies should have 3 nozzles to the right of the single line and 2 nozzles to
the left of the single line.
• The middle Nozzle Puck assembly should have 3 nozzles to the left of the single line and 2 nozzles to the right of
the single line.
4) Tighten in all of the spray nozzles. Only apply liquid Teflon™ to the threads of the nozzles. Make
sure not to get any inside of the nozzle as this may cause it to plug the hole up.
