Frame Assembly and Placement
9) Drill through the concrete and lag each base plate down with the four supplied KWIK BOLT ZINC 5/8 x 6”. Do
not tighten the lag bolts completely until after the next step.

Note: Be sure the main upright leg with the attached cylinder gusset and reservoir platforms is
set on the same side as the utility room side.
10) Level the legs and crossover beam at the locations shown below. Be sure to level both legs. Shim under the
base plate as needed (shims are field supplied).

11) Locate the proximity sensor and mount it into place so that the end of the sensor is flush with the outer
surface of the plastic mounting nut (the proximity sensor is mounted by two plastic nuts which come with the
component.). See image below.

Proximity Sensor
Adjust the sensor so it is approximately 1.5mm (thickness of 2 credit cards) away from the Proximity Targets.

12) Connect the supplied proximity sensor cable and run it to the control panel’s general location.
