PIVOTING WHEEL STINGER Signature Series

Installation

Cylinder and Oil Reservoir Installation
1) Locate the reservoir/cylinder assembly and secure the
reservoirs into place using the supplied 1/4-20 x 1” fasteners
and their appropriate lock washers as shown below. Notice that
the reservoir with the flow-control valve goes on the top.

2) Locate the hydraulic cylinder and secure it to the gusset using the supplied 3/4 x 1” shoulder bolt as shown
below. This is the shorter of 2 supplied shoulder bolts.
3) Attach the opposite end of the cylinder to the pivot control plate with the longer shoulder bolt 3/4” x 1-1/2”
through the cylinders rod end bearing through the locking bushing to the pivot control plate as shown below.

Note: The cylinder rod end is to be mounted on the exit side of the Pivoting Wheel Washer
structure for optimal performance.

Note: Hydraulic hose is run around the entrance side of the leg.
