The Pivoting Wheel Stinger™ can be run with a single or dual pump configuration. The image below shows 2 typical
examples of. field plumbing.

Electrical Connections

There are four electrical requirements which must be addressed in the stinger control panel.
• The first being a constant 115VAC circuit from your carwash controller as follows the hot wire
will attach to the line or top side terminal of the circuit breaker, the white or common wire will
attach to the L2-ac comm. Terminal and the green or ground wire to the ground terminal.

• The second is a single 115VAC controlled signal from your carwash controller and will
terminate to the EN or enable terminal.
• Third is the manifold positioning proximity sensor. This is a three wire hook up black to terminal
XO, blue to terminal OV and brown to terminal 24+.
• The last item is the bell switch the white wire is attached to the OV terminal and the green wire
is attached to the X2terminal.
