Neon Strip Kit Installation and Electrical Connections
6) In a case where the neon strip extends beyond the existing hole pattern, clip the 2” alunimum
extrusion to the bottom of the neon strip at least 1/4” above the plastic ends as shown below.

7) Mark the location of the aluminum channel. Remove the neon strip, drill the two holes and then
screw the extrusion into place.
8) Once all of the aluminum extrusions have been properly installed, remove the neon strips from the
channel. DO NOT REMOVE THE NEON STRIPS FROM THE PENDANT. Apply drops of silicone
adhesive to the inside corners of the aluminum extrusions spaced one foot apart. See example
below.

9) Snap the neon strips back into place.

10) Run the electrical wires that are on the ends of the neon strips through the front of the pendant and
into the electrical enclosure assembly. Pull the wires into the electrical enclosure far enough where
the neon strips are butted up all the way on the front of the pendant and then tighten the cord grips.
See image below.

11) Run the field connection wire from the supplied transformer through the grommet that is on the top
of the front cover and then into the top of the electrical box. Refer to the wiring images for proper
electrical hookups.
