Installation of Options

Utility Arch Filler Strips

Each LED Neon Utility Arch filler strip kit is shipped with 2 extra filler strips at 32-5/8” with no slots. If you have
not purchased one of the following Belanger LED Neon Arch add-on options, (Single Foam, Triple Foam, Single
Foam tri-mounted, Rain Arch, Single K-Nozzle or Dual K-Nozzle), you can install all of the filler strips at this point.
You should have 2 filler strips at 32-5/8”, with slots, left over. Do Not Discard Them!
If you have purchased one of the following Belanger LED Neon Arch add on options, (Single Foam, Triple Foam,
Single Foam tri-mounted, Rain Arch, Single K-Nozzle or Dual K-Nozzle), the instructions for mounting the filler
strips are in those sections.

1) Finish installing the remaining sections of filler strips onto the Arch as shown in the images below.

Arch Final Assembly
1) Place the back section of the Arch pendant cover through the welded studs on the back of the head
beam. The front cover will sit recessed inside of the back cover.
2) Use the supplied flat washers and hairpin clips to secure the back section of the pendant cover as
shown below.
