Installation
Assembling the Arch
Both leg assemblies are identical and can be used on either side. When assenbling your Arch be sure to position
the feed assembly at a 45º as shown below. Be sure to use Teflon tape on all connections.
1) Uncrate and inspect shipment for damage, and to verify that all pieces are there. If there is any
damaged equipment, file a claim with the trucking company immediately. Receiving party is
responsible for filing claim with trucking company. Notify your local distributor or Belanger, Inc.
immediately if shipment is determined damaged or incomplete.
2) Remove the steel band from the shipping pallet.
3) Locate the parts required to construct the Union Assembly as shown below. Locate the two
manifold assemblies as well.

4) Remove the detachable side of the union and secure it to one of the manifolds upper end.

5) Assemble the remaining parts minus the top fitting and reducer and secure the assembly to the
other manifold as shown below.

6) Tee-shaped fitting MUST be at a 45º angle when tightening into place as shown on the next page.
This will allow for clearance away from the oil reservoirs on the Gyro Wrap.
