Nozzle Installation
1) Locate the supplied barbed hose fitting and secure into the
top of the previously installed upper fitting.
2) Locate the supplied hose and hose clamp. Place hose
clamp over feed hose. Push the hose on the barbed fitting.
Tighten the hose clamp. If you have the Dual Feed Option,
install the Dual Feed Assembly.
3) Flush system lines and manifold.
4) Electrically connect water solenoid valve or other optional
equipment to the car wash controller unit (if applicable). Nozzle Assembly
5) Locate the supplied nozzles and install them into the
manifolds according to the Nozzle Guides beginning on the next page.
Note: Lubricate nozzles and extensions with a light oil for easier installation and maintenance.
