Chapter 22 Initial Startup Procedure

Spot Free (RO)

1) Locate power toggle switch on the control panel and flip power to “ON” position. The GREEN Power On light will come
ON. The AMBER Flush Test light will light for approximately 2 minutes then go OFF.
2) When AMBER Flush Test light goes off, Spot Free Water will be produced.
3) Check the gauges on the front of the Spot Free (RO) and confirm the following settings.
· Product Water: 2.1 GPM
· Reject Water: 2.3 GPM
· Pump Pressure: 180 PSI
· Tap Water: 30 PSI
· Membrane gauge pressure: 140
4) Check that Quality Control light is ON. Unit should be producing RO (Pure Water).
