Chapter 22 Initial Startup Procedure

Nozzles for Standard Rocker Spin Cleans
1) Install Rocker Spin Clean (if applicable). Eight (4 per side) 1/8” NPT, 0505 nozzles into the Rocker Spin Clean units.

Note: Some of our competitors systems make the pump pull maximum horsepower whenever the
pump is running. If all their water is not being used, the unused water is passed over the
Unloader Valve and returns to the tank. The VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) on the
Saber® allows the pump speed to be lowered until just before the unused water is unloaded,
saving on electricity and the life of the machine.

Nozzles for Optional Rocker Blasters
1) Install Undercarriage Wash Nozzles. Three1/4” NPT, 8003 MEG nozzles across the bottom manifold.

2) Install the Rocker Blaster Nozzles. Eight (4 per side) 1/4” NPT, 1507, 1 MEG nozzles on the ends.

3) Confirm that the Side Blaster Manifolds have been rotated so they apply full side vehicle coverage.

Rotate one side to cover the
upper portion of the vehicle.

Rotate one side to cover the
lower portion of the vehicle.
