Chapter 6 Frame and Carriage Assembly
Frame Assembly (Hybrid)
Due to the multiple factors that effect the installation of this type of frame, it has been determined that
the best way to begin is to lay out the complete configuration on the floor before erecting it. This gives
you the opportunity to see what pieces need to be modified and how.
Laying the Frame Out on the Floor
The following steps are for a “standard” 164” Crossbeam. In a scenario where the Crossbeam has
to be cut to fit the bay width, the end goal is to have the rails centered on the doorways with the
proper spacing between them.
1) Locate the 2 Crossbeams and position them into place as shown below. You will have to loosen the fasteners
on the clamps to do so.

2) If you are installing Side Kick® Nozzles, locate the clmaps and slide them onto the Headbeams. Locate the
two Wall Mount Clamps and slide them on the ends of the Headbeams as shown below. Do not fully tighten
eany of the clamps until instructed to do so.
