Chapter 3: Installation of DryLite® with Air Cannons™

10HP Nozzle Frame Mounts

The following will show the correct position and orientation of the Pivot Mount Bracket on the
Head Beam. Before proceeding, be sure the Mount is tightly secured to the Head Beam.
Angle adjustments are done at the pivot point of the Mount.
1) The following instructions are for mounting the Air Cannon™ facing the entrance side
of the tunnel. Secure the Mount to the Head Beam at the location shown below. The
dimension below is a recommendation in order to have the Air Cannon™ Nozzle
centered on the Head Beam.

Step 1:
Position the Mount Bracket as Alternative Installation: If it is preferred
shown and secure it to the Head to mount the Air Cannon™ facing the
Beam. exit side rotate the Mount and install it
on the Head Beam as shown above.
The 42-7/8” dimension should then be
taken from the Driver Side Leg Corner
Bracket.

View from Entrance. Mount should face the entrance (see below).

2) Verify that the Mount is installed on the Head Beam in the proper orientation, the pivot
should be on the Entrance Side, refer to the image below.

3) Once the Mount is properly set, securely tighten all fasteners.
