Introduction
Before You Get Started
Tools needed for installation:
Experienced Welder and safety clothing (as listed below)
hammer drill with 1/2” (13 mm) bit level
tape measure (12 foot [3.7 meters] or greater) tin snips
25 foot (8 meters) extension cord safety glasses
miscellaneous hand tools work gloves
welder welding helmet
torch disc grinder
CAUTION
The driver’s side main Correlator frame should be centered on the Conveyor. If
the Conveyor and/or the Correlator frame was installed off center, you should
carefully inspect your sites turning radius to evaluate your situation. If turning
radius is inadequate, you may have to alter the placement of your Correlator.
When all else fails, call Belanger Customer Service for advice before proceeding
with installation process.
