BELANGER Y-SECTIONS

             Installation

             Assembly of the Stainless-Steel Y-Section

                    23) If the two newly cut and installed rollers do not have to be modified and everything fits right, weld
the small steel tabs (shown below) on top of the U-shaped parts that have been welded to the
entrance of the Conveyor guide rails. This will retain the shafts, for the short rollers.

                    24) Locate the supplied black spray-paint all parts that were welded and assemble the Y-Section.
                    25) The blue sleeve will cover the 2” stainless steel sleeves. They will have to be cut to fit. Slide the
sleeves over the outside Guide Rails of the Y-Section to prevent damage to the wheels and/or hub
                       caps.

Optional Plastic Sleeves: You can also purchase an optional 8 Sleeve package to cover the
                       other side of the rollers.
Note: The gap between the exit of the Y-Section and the Conveyor will vary per site. You will
have to cut the stainless steel roller and axles down to fit.
