Assembly of the Stainless-Steel Y-Section

16) Re-install the back roller supports onto the mounts that you welded.

17) Measure the distance between the back holes of the support to the Conveyor guide rail and cut the
axles to fit.

Be sure to account
for the depth of this
hole when measuring
to cut the axles

Note: If the rollers have to be removed for an overhead door, the sleeves will need to be cut a
little shorter. If this is the case, you will also have to cut the blue roller sleeves for proper
fitting.

20) Measure the gap from Conveyor guide rails to Y-Section mounts.

21) Cut the 2” stainless steel rollers to size remembering to allow space for the blue plastic bushings.
22) Re-install the blue bushing to the ends of the roller.
Note: Roller should be cut with a clearance between 1/8” to 3/16” so roller turns freely.
